I have detailed the information on the DLC events, where to find them, and the unlock conditions (in addition to unlocking the World League) below (note, all cups and points to unlock must be earned in World League events) - apologies, I don't know how to insert this as a table: So the first key information is that all the DLC bikes are usable from the start, but that all the DLC events are only accessible once you've unlocked the World League, and some have additional in-game unlock requirements. So, to help those who have any of the DLC I've put some additional information here to help. Unfortunately the trophy guide is missing some key information relating to the DLC trophies and events.
